Schär Focaccia con rosmarino gluten-free rosemary bread, 200g

This gluten-free version of focaccia, enriched with extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seed oil, is surprisingly soft. Fill it with your favourite ingredients or just arugula, cheese and tomato for a traditional Italian taste.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, starter 20% (rice flour, water), water, corn flour, extra virgin olive oil 5%, vegetable fibre (plantain), rice flour, rice starch, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; dextrose, sunflower oil 2.2%, soya protein, yeast, sea salt, rosemary 0.2%, natural flavouring. Wheat-free, lactose-free, palm oil-free. Made with gluten-free and wheat-free raw materials.
Use
Storage: room temperature. After opening, store in a bag and use within a few days or freeze.
