Schär Ciabatta Rustiche - gluten-free grain bread, ready to bake. Fibre source, gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, yeast dough 14% (rice flour, water), water, rice flour, sunflower seeds 7%, buckwheat flour 5,5%, linseed 5%, yeast, vegetable fibres (plantain, bamboo), apple extract, rice starch, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sunflower oil, rice syrup, whole grain rice flour, soya protein, millet flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, tartaric acid. May contain lupin, mustard and sesame particles. LACTOSE-FREE, WHEAT-FREE.
Use:
The buns are partially baked. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 5-7 minutes. Storage: store in sealed packaging after opening. Use within a few days after opening or freeze.
