Corn flour, corn starch, potato flakes, glucose.
Use: Place the pasta in lightly salted boiling water, stir gently and cook for 6 - 10 minutes depending on the type of pasta used. The amount of water should be at least 4 times the dry quantity of the paste. Check frequently for doneness.
