Gluten-free Scotti risotto with porcini mushrooms, 210g

Ingredients:
Rice 83,5%, rice flour, porcini mushrooms 3% (Boletus edulis and its group), cheese powder preparation (cheese powder, ( milk, salt, cheese rennet, whey) whey, flavourings, salt), natural flavourings, sea salt, olive oil powder preparation, whole milk protein (olive oil, glucose syrup, syrup powder, sugar, onion, parsley 0,2%, garlic powder.
May contain traces of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, celery and soya.
Preparation and use
Pour 600 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Empty the contents of the bag into the boiling water and cook for 12 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Stir occasionally until all the water has been absorbed.
Serving tip: Stir in the butter and grated cheese to make a creamy risotto.
