Gluten-free Scotti risotto with cheese, 210g

Ingredients:
Dehydrated soup. Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 83,7%, rice flour, cheese powder 5% ( whey, cheese powder 41% ( milk, salt, cheese ferment, whey), salt, spices), natural spices, olive oil powder (olive oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, natural syrup, sea salt powder, sea salts).
May contain traces of fish, molluscs, crustaceans, celery and soya.
Preparation and use
Pour 600 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Empty the contents of the bag into the boiling water and cook for 12 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Stir occasionally until all the water has been absorbed.
Serving tip: Stir in the butter and grated cheese to make a creamy risotto.
